Shipping Process

All your orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the placement of an order on the website.

It might take a longer time when the orders are placed on weekends/holidays.

Upon shipment, the tracking number will be sent via message or email.

 

Expected delivery timelines based on location:

Within Puducherry: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the courier to be delivered

Metro Cities: Please allow 5-10 business days for the courier to be delivered

 Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 5 to 12 business days for the courier to be delivered

 Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday, and these estimates do not include weekend delivery.
